LOL. Hopefully people don't get too worked up about this...

BTW, I recently decided to try putting Dawn dish soap on the hangers and found that it makes them 100x easier to slide on and off! I knew of this before, but didn't think it would really help much. I thought this was fitting:

But I'll definitely never be swapping an exhaust without soap on the hangers again...

Whenever I installed or uninstalled exhaust, always had a cup of dish soap next to me haha, works so well.

Yeah, I was amazed. It made it so easy. I feel like a fool.

I figured dish soap would be a lot less messy.

I wouldn't use it in the motor. Too many bubbles.

Yeah, I like it a LOT. After playing around with the hangers and flanges a little bit, it sits perfectly and the tips look amazing. This is the look I've always wanted. And it's very quiet! Surprisingly quiet actually. Maybe it's the EL headers, but it's so, so quiet. Close to stock. No drone at all. I could see this exhaust sticking around for the long haul. I've wanted this one for probably a year, so it's great to finally have it, and have it live up to my expectations!

That ARK looks like something from the Space Shuttle compared to the smooth layout of the Greddy. Nicely done

It is not the SE. It is the SP Elite.

That is not true. I think I had the Tsudo on for a few hours and then sold it, lol. I really like the GReddy (I liked my other GReddy a lot too!).

Good to hear =) I do think your el headers help quite it down as it has with all the exhausts. Nameless and that exhaust are at the top of my list for what I would get after my mistake with the q300 lol. I would be curious what your impression of a q300 is like with el headers just for comparison sake.

I don't see myself ever going back to the Q300, so I doubt that will happen..

Yeah, it is a good combo for someone who likes it quiet. It doesn't have much Subaru sound left though.

It is so much easier it's not even funny. I can't even imagine how many hours I've wasted over all of these swaps.

I thought it meant "Street Performance", but that makes sense too.

yeah you're right, I just saw sport performance at the end

glad all that is cleared up

Quote:
The SP line of GReddy Exhaust systems has set the benchmark for bolt-on, Street Performance: with style, sound, fitment, power and quality since 1994. The SP Elite, is GReddy's latest version of this full stainless-steel legacy. Similar in style to the Spectrum Elite line, the SP Elite uses a larger high flow piping, straight-through oval muffler(s) and resonated angled tip(s) for a sporty, yet refine exhaust note. However the SP Elite, has a more standard finished polished tip, stamp strengthen end caps and un-embossed muffler body, resulting in more affordable, more subtle, Sport Performance Exhaust. more vehicle applications coming soon... (SP Elite Exhaust)
I'm curious how it compares to Q300 powerwise being "straight-through" vs whatever Q300 is..although I guess being sideways negates the straightness

Not really. I really like the look of the flared, double wall tips, or at least rolled tips. The straight cut ones don't really interest me too much.
