Default 2015 STI Cobb Stage 1 vs. Stage 1+ IDCs

I currently have a 100% stock 2015 STI that I recently flashed to the stage 1 OTS map from Cobb. I'll soon be installing an Invidia R400 catback which I can still run the stage 1 map with, but I'm planning on upgrading the stock airbox to the Cobb SF intake shortly thereafter. I understand there is not enough injector in these cars to support intake + downpipe, so we are limited by fuel system.. How high is too high for IDCs? I have heard anything over 90% warrants upgrading your injectors. Today I monitored my IDCs with the stage 1 tune/no intake or catback, and was surprised to see it hit 85% at WOT in 3rd gear ~17.2 psi. My question is, how much of an increase in IDC will I see with the stage 1+ with intake installed, and is it possible that the catback alone on the same stage 1 tune will increase IDC? Will the intake and stage 1+ tune likely push me over 90% IDC? Is IDC being 90+% potentially harmful to the engine?
