Boost is supposed to be lower in colder weather, since it takes less boost to achieve the same airflow. 19 psi in warm weather might equate to 14 psi in freezing weather. To determine if your boost is actually too low, you need to look at mass airflow, not boost.

The COBB OTS tunes and most conservative tuners will target airflow in the 220-240 g/s range at 6k+ rpm, since this is the safe limit of the stock turbo. If your engine is flowing a lot less than this, or less than it normally does in warmer weather, then either the IAT boost or IAT WGDC compensation tables (or both) need to be tweaked.

If you upload a log to datazap and link it here, I can take a look at it.
The weather had been the same the whole week like in the mid 40s in Denver and that day it was in the mid 50s. I do understand the less boost in cold weather point but I was making 22psi all week before it went down to 15psi on a hotter day unfortunately.

I didn't have an ots tune I got protuned by a shop in aurora. I would upload a log but the car is still at the shop and they say it has an oil leak somewhere now.

sadness, smh

Hey also Denver area here. This summer has been pretty warm but a few weeks ago I was hitting peak boost of around 17 psi on the first revision of my tune. Got the car back from the body shop and now it can’t get to 14 psi. Temperature hasn’t been much different, a little colder maybe but nothing drastic. I’m waiting on a smoke tester from a buddy. Any other advice until then?

I don't think anything is wrong just because it's been hot.
When your intake manifold temps get hot your car tries to reduce timing so in turn you get less boost. ECU likes cold air for boost.

What are you intake manifold temps looking like?

I have a FMIC and a water/meth kit so when it's hot I start spraying at 5psi boost and it cools my intake temps so much and I see the boost come back even right after sitting in traffic a lot lol.

The problem I had was the one way check valve for my IAG air oil separator broke and the return line was full of sludge. Had to replace the check valve and clean out the line.

When it starts to get cold here again I'm gonna make sure the car have been at temp for 30min before getting on it because before I waited until coolant was at 190f and oil was at 185f and the aos lines need longer to heat up.
