I had my rear driver's side quarter window smashed in last Friday night. I've found a replacement on eBay for like $38 but can't seem to find any tutorials on how to install it? Any help? I replaced the rear hatch glass on my old 2005 wagon and it was pretty easy- just cleaned things up and used that glass epoxy glue stuff. Is it the same process for the rear quarter windows in a 2015? Cheers!

![]() I looked in my Database
That fixed glass pays a tech .5hr (like $30) That means it is easy Database says adhesive needed(called mastic, do not use RTV, Home Depot type of thing) So that is telling me that glass is just set into door frame Possibly with clips as well(database does not show) Biggest issue would be damaging the fixed glass seal while removing But that part only $28.02 from Subaru Unless this comes with the eBay glass IMO Sounds like something you can tackle Especially if you installed a back glass Same procedure, just 80% easier than a back glass GL Let us know what happens! |

![]() Ok so I decided to just jump in and figure out how to fix it. Turns out it was super easy. Here's a quick tutorial on how to replace the rear quarter window in the 2015-2019 WRX:
