Ok I saw the other thread about firefighters and i just had to know who all out there is military?

So far, Ive been deployed twice; Kandahar, and Al Udied...Kandahar was awesome...got to go on a convoy with an Army EOD unit for a cache of some "stuff" hahaha. I also stopped over in Okinawa on my way back from Korea for a week...that place is awesome!

I'm assuming that you're filling a 30 level slot correct? Only way for me to comprehend your post as its not possible to be a E-6 with less than 4 years due to TIS constraints. And yes, I'm talking secondary zone. No I'm not making this up, yes its on HRC and if you can prove me wrong, I'd love to see it as I hate being ignorant. But enough about that.

best tdy was in Vegas, best paying tdy was to recover 2 aircraft that had to make an emergency landing in japan while trying to cross the pacific ocean. $150/night hotel was only $50something, we had to stay 10 nights

18 years active duty Navy here.
I start my 6 month cruise on Wednesday, which is #6 for me.
I have 19 jobs though technically I'm a sonar technician and as far as past duty.....my fingers arent up to that much typing.
