Default custom turbo shop in Pacific Northwest?

Does anyone know of a shop in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID) that would help me with a custom turbo project for my Subaru?

they have access to one nearby, but not actually at their own garage. It's at matrix engineering... a mustange dyno if i remember correctly (doubtful )
