Default Rear swaybar question

Hey guys so im just starting to get into autoxing and im debating on whether or not to add a rear sway bar to my set up. My main concern is how to keep the car from three wheeling around the track, my current set up is as followed.

2007 wrx
vf-39
sti topmount
cobb catted dp, greddy tic catback
zeal function xs coilovers 8k front 6k rear
cobb front swaybar with whiteline endlinks
whiteline steering rack bushing
stock rims with 225/45r17 direzza star specs.

I dont have my exact alignment with me but its something like 1.5 camber in the front and .58 camber in the rear with zero toe all around.

Right now ive been running novice class street mod and the car still pushes. Im in the process of looking for different rims i think im gonna end up running 245's or 255's most likely stick with street tires for now. Any input would be helpfull

IMO, you already have too much tension in the suspension w/ those spring rates, a stiff(er) rear anti sway bar will add more. But to each his own...

Coilovers are the key. You need more droop travel to keep all 4 wheels down.

Also why are you so concerned with lifting the inside rear. It's not as critical with the wrx compared to the STI because of the viscous lsd.

different spring rates will help. for the cheapest fix switch them front - rear, although less of a differential and softer springs would be preferential, especially for street tires. Somewhere in the range of 400f, 450r would be best. And yes, get a rear swaybar.

wait, are they 600lb/800lb, or 6k/8k?

If you just add a rear sway bar, the car will feel unstable at high speeds. Your rear end will come out when you least expect it. Get both front and rear sway bars to be on the safe side.

Can you have a local expert autoxer give the car a drive? Sometimes driving adjustments are the answer if the car appears to be pushing a lot.

Also, if your struts are adjustable, have you tried stiffening up the rears and/or adjusting tire pressures. That way you can get the back looser and adjust it back for daily driving.

I have been getting advice from a co-worker and autoxer Scott Fraser, who has driven my car and is helping me set up my car and we have been arguing about me getting a rear sway bar or messing with springs. So for this weekends autox im going to try more camber and see how it goes. We have adjusted the shocks which have helped but its still not right.
