FS: FG spare tire well, sub box and subs
Hi all,
Looking to sell a fiberglass sub box for the spare tires well of our MY cars.. Built specificly for Image Dynamics IDQ10's it's loaded with... It uses the spare tire hold down to affix it to the car, and leaves 10.5" of room in the well for things... For those that don't know Image Dynamics is know as one of the best sound quality companies today.. and for many years in fact.. not a well known like the others, but that's the way they like it... They also aren't the most expensive out there... They make audio that is as un-comprmising as anyone, but they don't mess with the "bling" where it's not needed either... They put the money in what counts, the sound... peroid.. The subs that this houses are the IDQ10 D4 v.1 which is argueably on of the best SQ subs ever produced by a semi-known company.. So the subs are 4ohm DVC the box is LIGHT... I'd say it weighs all of 20lbs.. The glass seems thin (about 3/16" thick) which shocked me, untill I mounted it to the car.. once it's in the car, you could stand on it.. the spare tire hold down cinches it tight to the floor and stiffens it like nobodies bussiness... Pics... It's hard to believe that a simple stamped steel basket sub, could be one of the best sounding subs ever... it's true though... look around.. RAAMat added... not needed though... This is a little video, of the box, pre-deadened, BUT, it also gives a decent example of how light the box is, when I flip it up... This is the post deadened video, the difference is minimal, but, if it helps me sell it, what the hay.. lol... I'm asking 300$ +PP/SH.. it's about 45lbs with subs, so shipping won't be a killer.. remember this.. lol.. it's the size of the box that "could" be a problem.. won't know till you ask.. Please, any thoughts or questions, feel free... Thanks, Aaron

I would suggest that you go down to a UPS Store, get it boxed and prepped for shipment. Ask for 4 different quotes to each corner of the United states. I have done this before and my items have sold much quicker. It gives out a clear cut cost and doesnt scare away potential buyers.
