Are whitelines Com C tophats legal in Street class in 2022

No. Have to have the stock tophats in street. Only Street Touring and higher can use them.

P.S. the Pedders tophats are better than the Com C's.

Cool, offset is illegal. Are harder bushings allowed? Like Group-N?

No. Only stock bushings are allowed.
