Those numbers show that the lowlift was also improved which is very hard to do. What is the individual intake and exhaust port numbers and their variance? How much are the guides shortened? What is the price with new valves and springs complete? Can a customer send you his heads with everything removed and get completely assembled heads back? Do you realize those heads show as good or better than the flow numbers of a ported jdm big valve head? The idea for me would be to flow my stock heads and then take them apart and send them to you and get them back and reflow them on my bench to get a real idea of the improvement to my exact heads. I would expect the exact same perchentage of improvement to my heads as you show on yours for the price you charge. The numbers over 450 are not important. Unless there are some new cams I'm not aware of.

Check this out, my buddy completely modded his legacy gt. Its now at 550 hp. We're waiting to get an updated dyno test. Tail pipes are currently out cause of police!!

It's cut away pics of Subaru heads. Like how they cut the heads in the middle of the ports showing how much meat you have between the port and the water passages...etc. Good for people who want to port. But I want it to be cut up more so I can see places that are on the sides... not just the top and bottom.

humm...... Time to look at piston ring gapping??? There arn't any good ones, but I did find a few. There are a lot more people doing their own engine builds now so ring gaps and oil clearance threads will soon come more and more.

Any plans to include direct links to valves (or oversize valves)?

I have been using this guide for my rebuilt.
Just receive a supertech +1mm oversize valves.

I came back to this guide to expedite search.
Was surprise when I could not find a direct links regarding valves.

I have built 5 motors from the ground up for my 02 wrx, every single one of them has failed due to low oil pressure, with new oil pumps on all of them. I just recently came across a video on youtube of a race team doing a rebuild, and they say that the factory oil cooler once you spin a bearing all the shards of bearing go straight there and clogg it and it must be replaced. This is the one part I have reused on every motor, and it all makes sense now but i wanted to get some other opinions on the subject. if anyone reading this knows anything about this or can confirm it for me i would greatly appeciate it. Please leave me a PM.

Also I'm going to be boring my cylinders and sleeveing my block
but am undesided as to wet sleeve or dry sleeve once again please provide your opinoins.

Think about it a little. The bearings go bad. Where do you think all the metal fragments go? In every gallery and low place throughout the motor especially the oil cooler and under the sheetmetal pieces in the pan. A filter does NOT stop the bypassed oil from moving all the trash throughout the motor including the cam saddles in the heads, the galeries in the heads the turbo and so on. In the case of the sti with cam timing control it settles in the pulleys cavities also.

Never mind....I just remembered it was the EVo motors that had the iron blocks.
