Default CEL, High Idle,Flashing cruise, etc... After ECU reset

So, I cleaned my MAF sensor as a routine maintenance thing. Car is running fine. AF learning a little higher than usual...nothing major.

I always reset the ECU using the tool in the Romraider logger after this and other things like plugs and what not.

I reset the ECU this morning and restarted the car the dash lit up. CEL on, Flashing cruise, Trac control, idle was high, car wouldn't rev etc... wtf..

Turned off ignition and turned it back on. Same thing. Pulled the code using Romraider...P0607 Control Module Performance. I'm thinking... "Holy s**t...I roasted my ECU" ...This is my 2nd subaru I've tuned. Reset my '04 hundreds of times...never an issue like this. I've been a bit easier on tuning this one.

Reset the ECU again using the tool in the Romraider logger again and everything went back to normal. Pulled the codes again and none were stored. Drove it around the parking lot fine.

What would cause something like this?

You resetting the car so much. It happens sometimes. Im still unsure why your resetting the ECU as much as you are... If you clean the MAF and such and just did a boost leak test and "found" something then great! Use Romraider to see where your Fine Learning tables are at and your Trims... if they are good.. just leave it. Ive had it happen before, scared the crap out of me... then moved on.

Also seen it on 06 or 07 WRX when i turned on the Force Pass readiness piece. its busted on one of those years... i want to say 07wrx...

If you did that then it would happen too.
