The power to weight ratio on that thing is insane. The wing is also insane.
Also probably the best looking VB to date. |

Neat race car. Meanwhile in the real world, no hatchback, no care.

That is one good looking race car. The all black is a nice change from their usual bright liveries. The weight is insane too.

Probably but it has a very similar front and rear bumper. It has much more exaggerated oversized cladding and a big wing. Some of VB cladding and rear bumper critics are saying this looks good. Must be blinded by that wing. Sent from my iPhone using NASIOC |

I looked up the 2021 Nitro Rallycross car and on VSC's site they just called it a "custom Subaru BOXER".
https://vtcar.com/cars/vt21x/ As far as I've seen, they've been using a unspecified Boxer motor for a while now. At least the last few years I've hoped to see a mention of EJ or FA, but it's always "custom Subaru BOXER". |

It's a 2.0, so most likely a EJ since it has a very well known base.

it can't be that fast ... it has no dimples on the cladding.

I'm sorry but that car looks ridiculous.
Like they took all the amazon boxes they had around and made an over exaggerated ground and wing kit. Quote:

It's a race car. Would you consider something like this as ridiculous(first one I came across)? Or the Subaru Super GT cars? Just curious. If yes, then OK. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merced...Coup%C3%A9_DTM |

I'm sure the car is ridiculously fast too, but man I sure don't like the styling. |
