switching form invidia n1 to txs stealthback: how much power will i lose?

will i lose a significant amount of power. im either thinking of doing this but with an sti axle-back or a aps 3" with single 4" tip im just tired of the loudness of the invidia. i recently switched to a 4.44 tranny and on the freeway my car is annoying now. 4000 pm is loud even when your not on the throttle.

btw: i have invidia uppipe, db super 16g turbo, cobb ap protuned, aps tmic, pink injectors, fuel pump, on finelines mustang dyno it put down 265 and 240 on 110 it did 287 and 285 if i do lose some power from the stealthback how much would i lose?

I really doubt you'll loose that much. Maybe 5-7whp tops.
