Unmentioned in that article, it appears to have the same Eyesight camera layout up front as the new Levorg. Perhaps Eyesight X will be launched in the US on the 2022 Forester.

I looks like the possible wilderness edition. look at the thicker cladding, I spy a skid plate, and it looks to have even more ground clearance. also does anyone recognize the brand new eyesight cameras and white squares for the additional sensors. EyeSight x system?!!!
P.S. damn beat me to the new eyesight

I hope they have improved the CVT AWD system, because the hybrid model is a very weak performer off road for what is expected from a Forester.

Can't tell what's different from my 2020 Forester.. Even if they changed something I probably wouldn't notice unless they put a huge wing or something obvious on it as I honestly don't look at the car all that closely.

These are real passive cars.. and that's a good thing as you don't want to be the center of attention everywhere you go.

I think the only thing you don't see at night is the white part. The red is lit and the vertical edges are brightest.

I do think they execute the Outback and Legacy taillights quite well. But they always seem to try too hard when it comes to Impreza/WRX and Forester taillights. The new WRX is TBD.

I'm not a fan of the BRZ tails and the WRX looks like they are going to be mostly the same. Oh well.....

That's pretty ugly IMO. Too much black plastic cladding and the grille is starting to get too big.

Forester always was ugly and the amazing thing is they manage to make it uglier with each iteration!

Ok, I will make an exception for SG era XT Sports in WRB. That one actually looked sharp.

I actually think the Forester was okay looking but it has got more ugly with the latest gen. That said the typical SUV shopper doesn't care much about appearance as there's very few good looking SUV's on the market.
