- Burble Tunes
- Aftermarket tail lights
- Vaping
- STI spoilers on WRXs
- WRX/STI drivers that flash their headlights at me instead of the sacred "Subaru wave" (mixed feelings for beeping)
- Non WRX/STI drivers that wave/flash/beep at me - You are NOT part of the "special" club regardless of your loud exhaust, mudflaps, SUBIFLOW decal on your windshield, etc. (sorry OP, just being honest)

-Finally, wrx owners who think they are worthy of an STI wave, beep, flash (including myself). No, I don't care if your Stage 100 - you only wave at STIs if they wave first and acknowledge us PEASANTS!)

Destroying the bumper cover and 2 fenders by drilling them, bolting in buttons and then tying them together with a rubber band. It doesn't make your car a racecar. I owned an actual racecar and if I needed something to hold the bumper cover on, it was either a bolt or a hand full of zip ties.

touch screens like ours where in direct sunlight you can't see anything at all

Audio volume knobs like ours where if you spin them too fast they don't pick up the motion at all

Dashes that don't dim automatically when you turn on headlights

Supersized front grilles. That huge wall of chrome (in most cases) looks hideous. Lexus is probably the worst offender here, but it seems everyone is out to show who's got the biggest. BMW just introduced their new front grill on M3/M4 and looks like they will shortly roll it our across the board.

for me, the whole "stanced" thing. seriously do you think you are so cool because you destroyed your cars handling, traction, and tire life. ranks right up there in life with someone's pants hanging down around their knee's. in either case, if you have to call attention to yourself "ohh look at me", you arent cool, just sad. rant off!

Fake vents
Suicide half doors
Badge engineering or just an over abundance of badges on cars

- chrome
- sporty SUV’s and luxury cars. They are not meant to be driven fast so don’t
- extra large wheels (20-22”)
- fake vents
- bad ass image based pick ups and off road vehicles with a special edition name (Silverado special ops, midnight, Realtree Edition, Ram night edition, black edition, etc etc...)
- cars getting larger and larger (BMW 3 series is almost as big as some past 5 series).
- manufacturers having cars of all sizes (Audi 1,2,3,4... BMW 1,2,3,5....)
- electric cars that look like poorly designed futuristic cars so they look like an “electric” car should. Just make them look like a car.
- exhaust noise through the speakers
- OEM exhausts that try too hard to sound cool
- yes, stanced cars. The irony of modeling something after something that is fast (touring cars) but ruining it in the process.

Fake scoops and/or vents. These drive me crazy and always have. If the manufacturer thinks it would be a good idea to have an air scoop or vent, why not make it real? Passenger vehicle aerodynamics are not a mystery anymore and should be better thought out than current vehicles exhibit. Upper fender vents would be an easy upgrade to almost every vehicle out there.

^I have to correct this

20+ inch wheels on cars that can't take wheels that size

There's no problem with 20+ inch wheels on certain cars

Most doesn't bother me much - cosmetic stuff, etc. is a personal choice, I suppose - what looks good to one looks awful to others.

I have a strong dislike of the things that have functional impacts - the stanced stuff is a good example, as well as the lifted trucks on huge knobby tires, the whole "rolling coal" thing, and stuff like that.

Blast pipes and other obscenely loud exhausts on daily drivers. Especially on ****ty 4 bangers
Anything that makes your car unsafe to drive like excessive camber and sitting 1/4" off the ground while driving
Anything else I don't care what you do to your car, I'll just laugh to myself and judge when it goes by

Those big grills, while ugly, are in response to government mandated front end height requirements.

A lot of newer european cars are so quiet they have speakers that make the car louder but usually from a file not the actual engine. VW started doing this on GTIs years ago.
