Here is the 1 I made... Didn't think about incorporating the mounts into it so I may sell this and make a new 1.

This goes to the front end of the grill to cover as much area as I could, didn't wanna leave any gaps and it lays down with a nice tight fit

I just read the D.I.Y. Nice execution and write up.
I don't have overheating issues.
I want better A/C efficiency, especially in stop-n-go traffic. My A/C works pretty good, just got it evacuated/re-charged, the radiator fans come on when activated like they should.
I'm thinking that providing a better shroud/seal will increase air flow through the condenser, Providing me with even better A/C.
Has anybody who has done this mod noticed an improvement with the A/C cooling?
