I've yet to see a 17" Wheel clear the new 6-piston Brembos on the 2018-2019 WRX STI.

Anyone have any experience with the 502 17x8 on stock 02 wrx sedan suspension? Love these wheels but I don’t want to get into the whole fender modification stance nation stuff. Thanks for any input.

Gonna have to mod your fenders if you wanna use 502s on anything pre-2008. This is on a Bugeye Wagon, but the Sedan's wider body still won't quite clear it.

Looks like Titanium METHOD 501s in the 18 inch size with Bridgestone Blizzaks. Stock tire size.

Almost. OEM wheels are 18x8.5 with 245/40-R18.

These are 18x8 with 225/40-R18. and yes, Blizzaks. If I had to do it again I'd probably consider getting the 17s instead but I don't really know. I used to run 1" smaller wheels on my 2011 for winter. But so far they have served me well this winter.

Was looking at the new 503's in 18x8 +42. Does anyone know if they will clear the 2015 brembos?
Made this account to ask this questions as I have been searching far and wide for answers.
I have a 2015 sti ISM stock suspension. Really inspired by the rally look, thanks for your future answers guys!

You should call Method and ask them directly. They will know for sure.

I'd be surprised if the 17s and 18s for the Method 503s don't clear Brembos. The current 17 wheels clear them just fine and the 18s are more than ample. If the 503 is lighter than the current 501 and 502 designs, you can be sure they won't be any bigger.

Method 501s, 18" Wheel, 2016 STI Brembos

I think the new 6-Piston STI Brembos on the 2018-2019 models will still be fine with the 18-inch options on the 501, 502, and 503.

Default MR502 VT-spec 15” on 2016 Impreza?

Hey there. I drive a 2016 Impreza Sport 5-door and I am interested in running MR502 VT-spec wheels. I know tons of people run these on crosstrek and according to tire rack they are a fit for crosstreks but not Imprezas. I am curious if that is due to the extra 3” of ground clearance on the crosstrek. I’ve checked into my brake setup and they are smaller then the crosstreks brakes so I wouldn’t think that should be an issue. I plan to do a 1.5” subtle solutions spacer lift and run these wheels and am yet to decide what size tire. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight about this popular crosstrek style setup on an Impreza?

Ground Clearance shouldn't impede a wheel from fitting your Impreza. The tire size will determine that.

Any Method 5x100 wheel should fit your Impreza just fine. The 502 has a pretty wide offset, so that's the only thing I could thing that might be a bit of an issue on an Impreza, but the Crosstrek isn't that much wider to begin with and it fits.

What did you use for this lift and did you end up with alignment issues?

Those Bronze 502s on the White WRX look AWESOME! I've been trying to convince my friend with a white one to go with the Bronze instead of gray, so these pictures are just the ticket to convince him!

Speaking of 502s, I just put a set of VT Spec 502s on my Baja Turbo
