Lightbulb Difference between Spec C and Spec C Type RA!

Hello!
I've cannot find if there is any mechanical or ''Drivetrain" difference between a 2004 WRX STI Spec C and 2004 WRX STI Spec C Type RA?
Bacause i need to order some drivetrain parts for a 04 RA and i can't find any RA parts, only Spec C!!
Dose the RA have only weight reduction over the standart Spec C or what?
Can anyone correct me?
Thanks!

Isn't it only a different center diff and a different steering ratio? And a bunch of bits they left off for weight / parasitic loss?

Isn’t it like this?
Spec c= lightweight version with lighter AC unit thinner glass Aluminium rear boot lid reinforced strut towers with additional spot welds throughout the body and has a roller bearing version of the twinscroll turbo 12 litre intercooler water spray tang in the boot engine and transmission coolers .

Spec c type RA= has all the above plus all the STI catalogue suspension parts Thicker STI anti roll bars front and back STI lateral link arms STI rose joints STI dampers STI springs and a nice set of lightweight aluminium alloy

But both of these models have the same enginr and gearbox codes!
I will need parts for a RA and i can’t find any, only regular Spec C ones. Of corse some do match in both cars but some don’t and i can’t find them!!

I always thought it went more like this

S203- Balanced Engine internals and upgraded turbo
Spec C- Lightened Chassis and upgraded suspension
RA-R- S203 Motor + Spec C Chassis & Suspension
Assuming they made the RA-R in blob eye

what face-lift do you have? blob-eye or hawk-eye?
what part do you need?

The Blobeye 04 RA!
I need a restored or somewhat new rear diff, maybe the even the whole gearbox, and some other stuff! (Also looking for a quick rack like the Rev-Lab one to convert it to LHD and to get some extra performance, but that’s another story)
Can’t find any of these parts for the RA only for the Spec C!
The Engine and Transmision codes match, but i’m not 100% sure!

I was just talking about drive train stuff. There is a control for the diff in the cabin, and I just assumed they grabbed the STI one.

if you have the car now, what does the code on the transmission say? there should be a number you can read and match it to the tranny charts that are floating around. that would be your best bet.

But i’ve serched the internet and found that....
http://www.spec-c.com/what-model-is-my-impreza/
WRX STi Spec C GDBE4FH TY856WB6JA EJ207DW7ER 280 6 speed
WRX STi Spec C Type RA GDBE4FH TY856WB6JA EJ207DW7ER 280 6 speed
The TY856WB6JA Is the gearbox code, and EJ207DW7ER The engine code!!!
