Well it has 280hp in a car that weighs 20kg lighter than the WRX Sti

Its a TwinTurbo 2.0 that is meant for high speed

The trademark horizontally opposed, four-cylinder, 1,994cc engine churns out 280hp @ 6,500rpm, whereas maximum torque is a whopping 343Nm @ 5,000rpm. The four-stroke engine has quad-cams, 16-valves and, of course, the 'stage-2' twin turbos.

I wonder what the possibility of getting that twin turbo setup on the WRX would be... hmmm....

Just to give ya a little more info on the B4 RSK and Twin turbo setup.

The market is pretty well limited to Japan, and Australia. Usually Australia gets second hand ones due to emission standards in Japan. They are only offered in RHD (Right Hand Drive) models. You pretty much will not be able to get the EJ20TT to fit in a LHD vehicle. The primary turbo is up where the brake booster and steering linkage, and will interfere with it. I'm not saying it is not possible.....anything is possible with time and money However it's not the most cost efficient.

One thing that has been discussed is getting an old postal legacy wagon and dropping the EJ22TT motor in it, since it is RHD. So you'd have the only postal wagon that would haul ass past a WRX...hehe.

Other notes, the car is co-designed with porsche engineers/designers. I believe the rear suspension setup was designed by porsche. These cars are tuned very well from the factory, aftermarket mods are pretty much none existant. You really can't do anything with the exhaust without fear of overspooling the primary turbo. If you drop the cats, it will overspool. The primary is a smaller turbo, that is roller bearing, so very good response for low end, then the second kicks in. I think I have heard of people replacing the secondary turbo with a larger one for more boost.

They need to import this puppy!!!!!!
