Default key ring light, radio and clock are not working

I attempted to change the bulb to an led this morning. I had tested it before I went to reinstall it in the key ring itself. It worked then. I installed it and now the thing doesn't work. I pulled it out and swapped leds with the cigarette lighter one which works. Oddly enough the first led from the key ring works in the cigarette lighter, but the one from the cigarette lighter doesn't work in the key ring. Is there a fuse I could have possibly blow somewhere along the way?

Thanks

ETA: Now my radio and clock do not work either. Any thoughts?

This. Or that one led simply blew out or is defective.

I just checked the fuses after checking to see if my dome lights worked. They didn't and I found I blew the clock room under the hood. I need to run and grab more fuses.

Craig, I had switched the LEDs to check that first. I thought I blew the LED at first too.

Thanks for the help.

It should be a fuse problem, just remember that a fuse can "look" good but in fact be bad.
