Question Turbos,best bang for buck

I was wondering what available turbo chargers for the 2.5RS are the best quality for what you pay? I'm looking for my car to produce between 250 and 280 hp. Also, what else would I need to change on my car if I were to go turbo?

You may get a little more information if you post your question in the turbo section.
