What Clutch and Flywheel if necesary

Hey i have an 02 wrx 5 speed with a fp 18g, aps dr 500, utec, injectors exhaust the whole bit...Just wonderign what clutch and flywheel will be able to handle the power i will be making?

would this be able to handle my power i will be making and also is this a sprung clutch and will it allow me to like slip it...also how much

All of this is fine and good, but if you upgrade the clutch the only other thing that can fail is the tranny. I would much rather have a weaker clutch than one that is going to tear the transmission out.
As far as your other questions I do not know.
