Question Should I go run on the treadmill???

I am bored at work it's 2:50am and I was thinking about going and running on the treadmill in the fitness room...so OT do you think this is a good idea?

screw the treadmill. go knocking on everyones door in the hotel and then run. That's some good exercise.
