My experience wasn't good. Subie Gal, among lots of others, has never had a problem. I have heard that others suffered the same problems I have.
1) My online order never made into their system, even though I got a confirmation email.
2) When trying to get in contact with Scott, set aside a few weeks. I have been told he is "really busy" and that they were "hiring somebody soon" but that was a long time ago and the service problems aren't fixed. He doesn't respond to emails. I'm still waiting, 3 or 4 weeks later, for a response from him.

I recommed Lisa @ http://subaruparts.homestead.com/subaruparts.html
It's pretty much the same deal, but she actually responds to questions within a day. Usually I get an answer within a few hours.

I bought the rear spats from subaruparts.com. It took a little longer than I expected for the shipping, but Scott answered my email fairly promptly. They have pretty good prices as well. Never dealt with Sugar/Lisa. I have PM'ed her, and she responded very quickly. Hope that helps.

Well, I think it depends. I've ordered basic stuff, floor mats, trunk light, cargo net, all showing up in amazing time.

I have heard that there have been problems with special order parts, but if you order something that's in stock, they are great.
