I had the priviledge of driving my old Z about 2 months ago while helping the new owner with some of her quirks. The first thing I did after adjusting the seat was turn off VDC aka the Buzz killer. Mine was an '04 Touring 6MT with a popcharger, Motordyne isothermal spacer, nismo cams, Berks HFC, Borla true dual catback, JWT Flywheel and clutch all getting wailed on by 275s in the rear. That car would scream and wail. I loved it. I got rid of it because I bought the WRX and only put 1,000 miles on teh Z in a year.

Oh and I managed as much HP increase for less than $1k on teh Subie than I did in $4k on the Z. Love my soob.
Since mine was my DD I put miles on it. It's didn't have much in terms of mods. Custom blue top, stereo, intake and a few other cosmetics.
Yes that buzz was annoying as all hell. But I do sorta miss her. It's got defiantly a rougher stiffer ride that the Subie. A lot more sporty. That's really what I miss the most. My Subie rides smooth like a Cadillac compared

Wheels look good. It really needs proper tires to protect those wheels, they're going to be destroyed the first time you hit a pothole. The roads up here are straight crap and the sedan fenders give you plenty of room to clear some wider tires with no problem.

That's probably because they cost an arm and 3 legs

So obviously I love the wheels, great choice! If you are looking for another set of the stickers, we can get them too. I love the stickers, cause they glow in the dark!

I would love to go, but work makes a lot of track events not happen.

glad to hear that everything is all good with your car. I just bought an 04 STi myself and would like to see the difference from fwd to awd

Ah, totally understand. I work every other weekend.

Congrats on the STi! They're a lot of fun, and you can enjoy the rain a little more. Well... to a point
