Thanks! I live in ND and temps are cold as hell. Running 40 just seemed crazy. Is castrol gtx ok around the water cooler or should I be considering a new oil for my engine? I'm at 145k and no engine problems yet with the exception of a grenaded timing belt pulley.

Just about everyone I know runs Rotella T6...

*edit. I got 219,000 miles out of my 1st engine... 190,000 of that was mobil 1. Engine did not blow, just needed a valve job, but I got a good deal on a full drivetrain so I swapped. Old motor was built into a race engine.

T6 is superior. Run that and purolator pure 1 filters... you will have no problems regardless of season. Bad tunes kill motors far more than the type of oil.. just dont let it go dry.

Getting ready to cross the 250k mark.. photos coming.

I'm guessing its an m3 style trunk spoiler and its kinda hard to see since its matte. You can get them on eBay in precut strips.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong this is just an assumption.

Hey man here's a thread on how to post pictures up. It may not be too clear but you need to upload your photo to a service like photobucket and then post the picture using the url.

Your car looks great but try to take pictures earlier with better lighting so you don't have to photoshop anything because brother....that is bad.

I am very curious about this.. cuz it's not uncommon to see -60 where I live and that's the one thing keeping me from running T6! What's the coldest anyone has seen while running T6 and how does it do in cold temps? Just gettin the Bugeye opinion

It's not that bad really. I've driven my car at -55. I park in a heated garage but the tranny does get stiff after a few minutes of driving. Just dress warm and don't stay outside for more than a few minutes! Lol
