OEM adapter did not fit so ordered a Perrin small OD to try. Has not shipped yet.

Got car back, still running same tune w ETS jpipe and its running fine but i am getting code P0420. I am hopeful it will go away with stg2 retune, but gotta connect electronics for PI, and some other things like low aux fuel level connected and installed, as well as aux fuel pump relay.

Car runs great. Borla sounds rowdy and backfires like a gunshot at 4k+ rpm downshifts, i like it now but it will get old i am sure. The exhaust note is overwhelming everything else.

Link to cold start-up, in 100F but scary nonetheless, wouldn't think its a 4cyl in person

Cold start and 30secs after it quieted down idle.

Borla cbe and ets jpipe, still running stg1 tune but will retune soon. Car is faster and is adding about 15-16% more fuel on 80% throttle and hitting 20psi easily and holding 19psi to redline, all this in 140F intake temps.

Will probably retune on e50 di only to max out and have a di tune only, then add pi once i connect controller and drill/tap intake. AMS tmic is blocking almost all of the 4th runner, gonna be an awkward install.

For those of you who want to hear it running..

I started tuning to max out oem di on e50 with hybrid, only did basemap 2nd gear log so far. Before that i logged a 3rd gear semi pull to 5000rpm on stg1 (old) map with new turbo and it picked up 50whp just to 5000rpm with another 1200rpm to go.

Only bad news is I have the p0420 code due to running the aftermarket jpipe.
