Basic UTEC vs UTEC Delta
Had a question. I'm looking to buy a used UTEC and was wondering if the delta version is worth the extra money to get. What features does the delta have that the older model doesn't? Also what are some musts to have with the unit. Thanks

I don't recall there being any advantage to the delta version. I have an older one on my '05 STi which works just perfect.

Delta is universal among cars that use it. The older version is model specific. Also, it's USB vs serial port.

I think the main differences are just that the Delta is slightly smaller and has a USB port instead of the older Serial port. Not sure that there is much functionally different besides that.
