Well... The paint and primer have decided they don't get along anymore. After the rally when I was washing mud off, I also started washing paint off. At an autocross I used blue painters tape for numbers, just peeling off the painters tape took some paint too.

So the paint is beginning to fall off more or less.

Are you planning on doing it yourself? I searched around and found wrapnroll graphics. I got a quote from them to wrap my roof but ended up being too much. They seemed very capable though. Let us know what you end up doing, I would like to still wrap my roof if you get good at it.

I've heard if some shops doing wraps and they are as expensive if not more being a wrap is said to be more durable than paint. I've gandered at having mine wrapped, no one would give an exact number but through out 2-3 thousand pending color and what not. If your wanting to do a roof or something it really is hard. There are videos all over YouTube showing how easy it is. I've even seen some material that you can't even screw up. People balled up the material then took a heat gun to it pulled it out straight and put it on the car and you could never tell it was ever balled up. Corners and rounded areas is where it gets tricky

I was looking at doing it myself. From what I saw around $750 for the best stuff (3m) for the whole car. I was quoted about $4-5k to paint the car so I'm going to be fine with doing vinyl myself.

I used to do a lot of vinyl fabric back in my stereo day and was pretty good at heating it and stretching around funny shapes. So if you get the material and I'm home, ill help. And after we practice of yours we can do mine haha.

Chris why not plastidip it. The whole kit is $300 including the sprayer. Maybe a bit for shipping but it can be done relatively cheap and done in a day/morning
