Default Car not bosting last 15 psi, chugs...

Woke up this morning to leave for work and when my car build boost up to 14 pounds it seems normal. However any more boost and it chugs and bounces around 15 psi. Prior to this I was heading 20 PSI and is very slow to accelerate. At the point of chugging air to fuel is around 12.1. Car is a 2005 Saab 92X, catless down pipe, Manual boost controller, stock bypass valve stock intercooler stock airbox, 140,000 miles.

This. Car is misfiring which leads to the chug and leaner afr because you're not burning the air in the chamber.
Check plug gap first, but if you're over 120k or so, get some NEW oem coil packs.

you know you would think so but from the time it started it took like a year for it to throw a code. I think sometimes unless the count for to misfires hit a certain level it wont throw a code. basically I threw all sorts of parts at it for that year and just got tired of it so i waited, and ended up getting a misfire code in 2 cylinders but it did take a while for the to come up

Coils will often throw a misfire code after a while.

Inspect the MBC by removing it and taking it apart maybe? Most of them screw open pretty easily. See if you've got a broken spring or something internally.

Did some data logging and a third gear pull, sent the log from rom raider to my tuner. The misfire codes are turned off on my car because I guess these cars throw ghost misfire codes? Anyway, it’s the cool packs, thanks everyone who helped me get this solved.

I drive an 03 WRX. When this was happening to you, did it feel like once it hit 14lbs of boost or WOT that you basically let off the gas? Say your WOT and you let off, then WOT again. But you're actually still WOT. is that how yours felt? I feel I have the same issue.
