Has anybody else that was formerly a Bellsouth customer had problems since the AT&T buyout? We've had occasional little things, but I've been trying for about an hour now to place a call, and I either get the "All circuits are busy" error or just a fast busy signal.

I don't know if the problem was here in Lincolnton or down in Charlotte where I was trying to call, but it lasted at least half an hour.

I just know we've had a lot more problems and a lot worse customer service since AT&T took over than before.

AT&T is the new name for SBC, so in all fairness, SBC should tickle your taint. I worked for AT&T until June and after the merger everything went to **** internally. One more reason to hate Texas.
