Excellent results! Torque comes on hard and holds peak power well past 7k. Very nice list of modifications. Would love to see some more pics of the car.

Also, which battery relocation kit did you use? I'll be doing the same and trying to figure out one that is recommended or not.

I see you had it corner balanced, do you have a total weight of the car?

Thank you.

As for pictures I can post a few over here, kept most of that stuff in my build thread as to keep this post more just about the performance aspect of things.

I just made the cables myself and fabricated up a battery box grounded to the chassis and added a positive post in the engine bay to go off from where the window washing fluid used to be.

I have a good set of corner scales at home I use to do this, I referenced weight with a full tank so sadly I am not at that point yet as had to swap fuels a few times at the dyno so haven't filled it yet. It will likely be at the 2800lbs mark once I finish removing the a/c and heater from the dash and fill the car up giver or take 15-20lbs.

300ftlbs from 3500 to redline is as impressive as the peak hp figure. You are definitely doing it right.

Agreed . . . Peak only matters if the rest is there too IMO. Thank you, I put a lot of focus on balancing everything correctly.

Had it tuned today on E-85, stopped at 26psi for no other reason than I was happy at that point enough to stop.

Nice. Love that long flat torque curve. Did you notice more boost on the street after you got off the dyno? I assumed Jarrad tuned if for you...?

Edit..... Wow.... That's a a flat power curve, not torque. That-is-nice-...

Boost was very close still on the street, seemed to build a bit more given high load situations but flat road it does basically what it was told.

Yes, Jarrod (pdxtuning) did the tuning up on the dyno at PSI. Great guy, can NOT say enough about his skill/personality!

As for the power/tq its pretty funny, it strats the pull just like the pump tune (300/400@4k ish) but just stays in rocketship mode a tad longer. Lol

Was this still on the 1300cc injectors (what brand?) and also do you know what the idc's were at on the 26psi E85 tune?

Really digging this setup.

Injector dynamics 1300cc's . . . Think it was 89-91% range at 7500rpm, he never pulled past that on the dyno. I will log it at 8k once I get a chance.

Looking good!

All the parts come together and form an awesome machine. Cosworth + Boomba + cams are always an awesome combo. I've been tuning quite a few cars with intake manifolds and the big TB's lately. I love the power band.

Could you show some close up pics of the manifold and TB. Does the Cossie IM sit farther back than stock when reversed? Been thinking about trying the Boomba but not sure if I'll have clearance with a flipped stock manifold. Thanks.

Edit: looks like you're not running A/C, I think I may have to do that to in order to get there clearance.

Yeah balancing the parts chosen really helps the end results!

I think I see what you're doing with the radiator/ front mount but could you post a couple more pics? Did you have to shorten the radiator to do that? Is it a standard Subaru fitment or something else?

LOL, had a custom core built and then I made things work from there. Trying to keep this thread more meat and potatoes Proven Power stuff but I think I cover that stuff on page #9.

https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho...2573632&page=9

I will be happy to go over the details over there if you still have questions.

Thanks, nice setup. Is the TB blade horizontal or vertical. I still have A/C and had to rotate the TB 90° to fit. I may ditch the A/C and go for a setup like yours.
