Default Black Tipped Exhaust Photos

Does anyone have any pictures of their 2008+ WRX or STI with black exhaust tips? I am trying to see what they look like on various cars instead of the typical silver/chrome exhaust. Thanks!

If the NASIOC app was more picture friendly with my phone, I'd post some pics

Post a pic of your car in the photoshop thread and have someone shoop-da-whoop.

Or do you not own a wrx yet?

False. It's just the standard "Preview" app on the Mac.

Black tips look like butt. You can't see them in most lighting conditions.

Was in for pics, seems like a cool concept. I will check back later when the grown ups are talking (kidding). I lost it when I saw the MS paint tips.

Black gloss look better? Daylight would give it a good look I bet?

I have WRB hatch. Just wondering if I should seriously consider black tips as it looks good on certain other cars, but I have yet to see it in person on a Subaru. Thanks for the SWP with matte tips above.

Plastidip is like $8 a can. It'll hold up just fine with the heat.

Use bbq grille paint.
I think it looks good, but I like the whole sleeper style. I am contemplating painting my exhaust black, or at least what is visible.

Make sure you sand that ****, and use a good solvent.

My DGM sedan has black tips from shooting flames once in awhile (aka not painted, just burnt...). I can take pics if you want, but my car is a total salt bomb at the moment lol
