Default No crank no start after Maf sensor issues

Hello, I could use some serious help with my wife’s 2010 Impreza Outback sport.

Yesterday on a short drive home it started to idle rough at stop signs then died at the the 2 stop signs before my home. It threw codes p0172 and p0101. The are filter was dirty, but not clogged and I cleaned the maf about 1k miles ago. I replaced the air filter and sprayed the maf with crc maf cleaner, and also sprayed the wire harness with crc electrical cleaner. I cleared the codes then started it and it threw the same codes again plus p0113.

Next I decided to check the wire harness to see if it was getting power. I popped the plastic cover off the wire harness connector so I could get the multimeter lead on the pins. With the key in the on position, I put the negative lead on the battery and the positive on each of the 5 pins of the wire harness connector. There was 8v on the middle pin.

After checking this I plugged the maf back in and went to start the car but it wouldn’t crank. All the lights on the dash are illuminated and flashing. Starter doesn’t click and the battery is at 12.8v. I figured the maf was bad, so I picked up an aftermarket one at o’reilly auto to see if that was the issue, but it still won’t start. I’m not sure if I shorted something out while checking the wire harness with the multimeter. Is there a fuse/relay I possibly blew or could I have fried the pcm? I can swap/rebuild an engine, but know very little about electrical systems.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated

Update:

I just tested the power wire to the Maf sensor and now it is reading 1.008v. Before the car stopped starting, it was getting 8v.

I am thinking that since the Maf is not getting power, the pcm thinks it is not connected, and prevents the car from starting.

Any ideas where to look next?
