Zwilling/Henckels Professional 8inch Chef's Knife
Hi!
I am selling my beloved Zwilling Chef's knife. This is the best knife i have ever owned. it glides through veggies and hard to cut meats (like raw chicken) with incredible finesse. the actual model number is 31039-200 and it is called "Zwilling J.A. Henckels Professional "S" Hollow Edge Scalloped 8inch Chef's Knife selling because i am in college and my roomates can't handle having a supersharp knife in the kitchen. They just dont understand that this is a professional knife and it needs to be taken care of. I paid $154 for this, and i am willing to let it go for $75 due to some scuffing and a tiny chip on the tip. (from roomates scrubbing and tossing it in the sink) I will add pics soon!
