Default ETS Titanium GOODNESS!

Hey guys just wanted to post up a few of the titanium pipes that we have built in the past. The titanium is incredibly light, strong and looks amazing. Ill let the pictures do the talking though.

Just for curiosity's sake.

If you were to make a titanium y pipe.

What would be the ball park?

<$200

$200-$500

$500+

EDIT: I just noticed this isn't a vendor section so you probably can't say. Don't worry about a PM, I don't really want one, was just curious.

NO plans on a titanium Y pipe, that would be pretty expensive due to the bends, etc and you won't even really see it. It would be lighter weight, but I would recommend aluminum for that in all honesty.

So you guys have the ability to do Ti bends? or are you ordering bends from another manufacturer.

The way the pipes look they are being hot mandrel bent and that cannot be cheap.....

We actually bend the titanium in house. We have a full CNC mandrel bender that can bend 2.5" and 3.0" stainless steel as well as the titanium.

Thank you. We recently did some custom piping for a customer as well. (pictures don't do it justice. The coloring is MUCH more vivid) Link Below.

Our piping is designed for our intercooler so depending on the intercooler it may or may not work. I can separate it if you would like though.

Here are a few more pics I have.

This is a sneak peak at something we have in the works at ETS.

Here is a custom pipe we did for a subbie customer.

These are bad pics but you can see the titanium look.

Pish Yall would have a twin scroll or sp spool valve kit to compete with full race. Any other ts kits are **** quality.

We don't have it offered on our website but we can build a twin scroll turbo kit if one was requested.

So can you guys make IC piping based on my current setup? If I were to ship up my current piping? What is the turn around time on something like that? Would it be seamless? Also what about the AIT bung?

Would you guys price by the foot or by the job?

It would be a case by case situation. We have limitations on the bends we can make. So IF we can make it seamless we will but it may require 1 or 2 welds depending on the piping. Turn around time is usually 1 week on custom piping. Yes, we can put in an AIT bung.

it isn't on our website but it is something we can do. I PM'd a reply. No muffler titanium exhaust would probably cut weight down by 60-70% over a stainless system with a muffler. Not to mention the sound.

A while back I worked on a customers car who had a Perrin Ti Cat back. If I recall it was like 11lbs and they only made a really really short run of them. It was the only one I ever saw and havent seen one since.

It is hard to describe but I like to say it is more "aggressive" sounding.
