Default How would you like to drive home from work 59N 545pm and get 6 tickets?

oh yeah.
got pulled over twice
WITHIN 12 MINUTES
3 tickets each
same offensives each time
-speeding
-lane change not in safety
-following too close
potential $1300
~
i mean jesus.

running some sort of sting operation on 59n from 5-7pm
saw 7 patrol cars from belt8 to chimney rock

cop told me "saw you speeding on feeder and then one of our 'spotter cars'
called you in on the freeway for lane change/following too close
whatever.
then drove 2 exits legally as a church lady after getting $800 in tickets
and get pulled over again!
this dick pig gives me another 3 tickets.

here is my attny/plan/facts:
-1st cop said "saw you speeding" meaning no radar/laser
-1st cop said "spotter patrol car called you in"
dont you have the rght to confront your accuser?
12 min later
-2nd cop pulls me over responding to the earlier 'spotter car' radio call
gives me same 3 violations i had just signed for 12 mins earlier
also:
-following too close during rush hour??? are you kidding me?
-at very least i was 2 car lenghts behind everyone in pretty heavy traffic
how can they get a radar/lasar reading if i am 'following too close'???
-lane change not in safety? did i make contact/ get into a crash??
-there were 4 other cars i saw pulled over(probally getting hosed just like me.

thoughts?
freakin pig rants?

after this:
i seriously would not trust ANY police officer as far as i could throw the fatbastard

sounds to me like you can establish reasonable doubt pretty easily

I don't know what crazy country you come from, but in America, if you are not filthy rich, you have to prove you are not guilty.

This is the reason why I drive like a grandma everywhere. I save my speeding for AutoX. Good luck with it in court. Till then, drive slower?

You are obviously delirious from the heat. Put a cool moist towel on your head and drink some water.

what about using the 'spotter patrol cars' to give info to another patrol car?

then you get the ticket from a partol car tht does not witness the infractions?

Anyone can give you the ticket so long as the witness comes to court.
