Default HKS Hyper Cat-back

I just installed the HKS Hyper cat-back exhaust on my car two days ago and so far i have nothing but good to say about it i was a little worried it would be to loud w/the 3 inch piping but it just has a nice deep rumble to it
I'll post some pictures

hey, i have this exhaust too with a 3"catless downpipe. It sounds a lil louder with the downpipe but not by much. Makes it sound a lot meaner! Anyways, the blitz NurSpec exhuast is really loud compared to the HKS Hiper so be warned..

Default sound/ fitment

sorry to jump on this thread late, but i have a few questions about this exhaust. i cant tell from your pictures but does it mount at an angle? it looks fairly straight in the shots. also as far as sound goes,, how much louder than stock.. im lookin for an exhaust that will not wake everyone up in my house when i pull into the driveway... so can anyone post a few comments about idle sound, and light throttle. thanks a lot
pat

The HKS Hiper is always mounted on an angle but strangely, from the pic, it looks like its mounted straight?

The exhaust is mounted on an angle and it sounds nice real deep and as long as you roll into the driveway at a low rpm your not goin to wake anyone up

Very nice! I have your exact system on my '95 Legacy. Except mine obviously was custom fitted. ture, they do have a nice deep rumble. I was worried about the three inch piping on mine too, but its sounds good to me and everybody tells me it has a great sound to it whe nI rev my engine for them.

Same thing. I think the piping of the CA/Ti is stainless steal while the regular hiper is aluminized steal. Both are angled.
