Not exactly, I was just thinking of getting the 4" muffler but I'm also looking at Perrin right now

So what are the definitive 2015 tailor fit exhaust options right now?

I see the perrin is 2008-2015 so Im guessing they didn't do anything to change it? Subispeed poster said they fit but "not really"

Also, it seems the Y pipe on the perrin hangs super low in that subispeed video. Even lower than that front skid plate.

Perrin fits because it has slip joints

The only real 2015 exhaust is nameless

My Tsudo fits perfect, no issues anywhere. I may change the tips down the line but for now it's awesome and sounds nice. I want to hear it with a downpipe because people don't know yet how loud this car will be with a new one.

Seeing as cat backs as basically for sounds and looks, this looks like crap to me. If it had some function, id understand. But why give up nice quad pipes for 2 ugly ones that don't look right on that rear fascia with an enormous low hanging mufler to boot?

Sorry for the hate, I just don't get it. Unless it sounds ridiculously good maybe. But this is still a 2 liter 4 banger. No exhaust will ever sound amazing.

You can add to the list of doesn't fit the nameless muffler deletes from the GR. They fit in there and attach to the hangers but the fitment is just a little off and you can't get both bolts in.

I am interested in ARK Grip and MXP as well as invidia (redsigned one coming out). I know the Ark Grip is on a 2015 sti and sounds nice but i wonder what it sounds like on a 2015 WRX, Also the tips look alittle small in the video for the car they are 3.5 but it might be the angle of the video (cant link the video at work due to restrictions). The MXP is on Revspecs but i havent been able to find much info about fitment or sound on it. I thought I read from one of there posts that they had to motify it some way. Just a thought.

Honestly, none of these exhausts are gonna sounds decent until there's a downpipe out and that Subie.noob kid said he amplified the sound of his Nameless vid making it sound louder than it actually is. I can't wait for some sort of downpipe, especially being probably super easy to install.

What do you guys think the best set up would be if I just want a nice deep sound? I don't want a really loud exhaust.

Funny you mention that, Perrin's website has their quad tip exhaust listed as 52lbs vs the stock 39lb. Not that big of a deal but worth noting I guess.

Anyone know what the nameless quad tip with 4" or 5" mufflers weighs?

A 13 lbs. difference in sprung mass will do diddly squat. I wouldn't worry how much your exhaust (from popular manufacturers) weighs.

I agree that 13 pounds won't mean much but for me, if and when I do an exhaust, I will take that into account. My goal is to take 100 pounds off the car by squeezing a little from many places. So far, my rims will save me 16 pounds, maybe a battery another 20....so on and so forth. For some of us, weight might determine which unit we buy.

just got an email back from MXP and they confirmed that their cat-back will fit without any modification. Even though i thought I read on RavSpec's posting that it required some modification (dont remember where i read that)

UPDATE:turns out modification is required. Need to heat up tips to bend them straight. sucks.. they are redesigning
