Default Anyone here been ripped off buying parts on nasioc? Anything I can do about it

Last week I paid for a vf39, I was confident that it wasnít blown from a video showing that the shaft didnít have any play as well as detailed pictures. I have bought a handful of parts off nasioc and have had good experiences however. After I paid the seller he didnít respond to my texts for 4 days after the day he said he was going to ship it. After I asked for the tracking number he stopped responding to my texts completely. My turbo was supposed to have arrived today at the latest, so Iím pretty sure Iíve been ripped off. Any one else have any experience with this any tips for getting my money back through PayPal?

As long as you did it as "Goods and Services" and not "Friends and Family" PayPal has their own dispute process.

If you did it as "Friends and Family" you just learned a very expensive lesson.

Unfortunately I did it as friends and family not knowing any better, Iím wondering about contacting the sellers local law enforcement. Even if I canít get my money back I would like to see him get in trouble.

You can also initiate a chargeback if you used a credit/debit card. That's external to Paypal and not subject to their bull****. If you can initiate a chargeback do so, but that might cause problems with your Paypal account. You can probably make another one though.
