Default 19PSI BOV help, They keep breaking!!

Hey everyone, this is my first post and ill get straight to it. I have a 2002 WRX with a JDM EJ205 and other supporting mods. I make 373 whp at 19 psi and well i havent made anything close to 373 due to my BOV's breaking. HKS blew off my car on the third pull on the dyno, stock WRX wont stay shut after 2 weeks cause massive power loss and breaking up under load, and the same story with an STI and JDM STI BOV. I am using recirculation BOV's that vent to atmosphere due to the main line not connected and blocked off. I've read on some forums that most BOV's don't hold more that 18 psi and all the other brands they recommend cost an arm and a leg. Anyone else have any options i can try?

Have you thought about properly connecting the recirculation hose so the pressure has someplace to go when you hit the pop off pressure? Or did you just word that funny and mean you've got a VTA BOV?

A lot of BPV/BOV leak a ton. I am having issues with CObb XLE BPV, I tighten the screw all the way until the nut can barely tighten over it, it kept opening at idle and light gas. I have read Perrin is a good brand for BPV/BOV.
