Default 2016 Sti - head gasket issue

Hey all. I have a 2016 Sti which Iíve owned since for over two and a half years.

Recently the car started overheating so I changed the thermostat with a fail safe unit that opens up. I drove the car about 100 miles and it started to over heated again. Replaced the thermostat again. Bled the coolant system, and same result.

I am so upset right now. I can see some coolant coming from the driver side leaking down near where the oil pan is at.

I have owned the car since 9,000 miles, currently at 52,000 and I BABY the car. 100 miles a day sitting at 70 on the highway.

I have an 04 Sti which is my fun car and I just got this for a reliable DD good in the snow. This car is really letting me down as of late.

Does the extended warranty include this?
My 04 Sti had zero head gasket issues and Iím into the 140,000 mile range with it being far from stock and hard miles.

Is this considered power train?

I have the class action notice for 100k miles. And this is also a certified pre owned vehicle. I thought power train is engine diff trans ?

Head gasket is part of engine.
