Default JDM Non-HID Headlights

Hey everyone! I just have a quick question. I'm really sorry if im gonna sound n00bish, but quick frankly, i dont know a whole lot about lighting. I was planning on getting the JDM Non-HID headlights for my WRX because i really dont like the stock ones. I was wondering, if i wanted to put in an HID kit later on, what.. bulbs? (sorry if im using the wrong terms) do i use? I mean like H1s, H4s, H7s??? Or does it not matter??? Thanks!

God everyone must think im stupid right now hehehe

Well the non-HID JDM headlamps use H1 low beams. So if you were to upgrade them later to HID, you'd go with retrofit H1 HID bulbs.

Hella HID Kit for Projector Lamps

This is a lower-budget alternative to the factory-issue HID lamps. Buy the non-HID projector headlamps above, then install these high-quality HID kits. German-made Hella ballasts will provide a lifetime of quick light-off. The included wiring harnesses are completely weatherproofed, with top-quality automotive-grade connectors. This is the best aftermarket HID conversion we've found.

Includes two ballasts, two light capsules, and all required wiring.
