Some manufacturers have pretty good coverage from their mats, but the current generation of Subarus I feel like less so. That being said, nothing wrong if that's what you're looking for. |

![]() Personally I’m a huge fan of the weather tech brand, always have they’re mats and they’ve always done the job!

![]() I sound like a broken violin but I can also vouch for weathertech. I have had them for 5+ years and still look like brand new.

![]() My car came with WeatherTech mats, and my god they are awesome. It covers all vital areas up front, and even covers the entire carpeted floor of the rear seating area

![]() Another vote against the Subie mats. I have two sets and they are ok but leave open gaps that allow the carpet to get pretty hashed.

![]() I demanded the dealer throw in OEM all-weather mats when I purchased my hatch. They've held up great for the past 4 years, look great, and are fairly easy to clean.

![]() I’ve had weathertech and they’re awesome. But, I got a set of Husky Liners and they cover so much more! I love them. Just as easy to clean as the weather techs but better and cheaper. The fitment is perfect and the sides go up a bit further helping keep things from sliding past and building up underneath

![]() +1 on Weathertech. This may sound like overkill, but I cut up a garbage to its max surface area and put that under the sides of the mat for so no carpet is exposed. If you are in a state that sands roads, those particles can be hard to get out of carpet.

![]() I run WeatherTechs in my STI and Husky in my WRX. The Husky does a better job but the WeatherTechs look nicer. I don't dd my STI and careful not to dirty my shoes before entry so the WeatherTechs does fine in the winter for me.
The only other down side on the Husky is that it covers up the gas filler door lever. Kind of a hassle sometimes poking my hand each time pulling up the liner to get to the lever as it has spikes on the bottom side. In the warmer months I like to use the OE carpet mats although the OE rubber mats are nice too. |

![]() Husky liner. Very durable plastic. I find rubber mats wear quickly under the clutch pedal.
