Biggest losers:
Ferrari. Leclerc out on 1st lap. Sainz, 5sec penalty for punting Alonso.
Even though no other collision penalty was called during the entire race.
Alpine. Both drivers took each other out after the last restart.
Again, F1 officals slow in red flagging the race.

Leclerc looked like a driving error to me.
Sainz, indeed seems odd to have the only collision penalty.
Gasly with the big oof of the race.
