![]() ok so i read the sticky thread on boost creep and i'm catching on, BUT one question, since the 07's do have a bigger wastegate, does that help?
i have an 07 and put in the order for the txs full turboback with no cat, and corect me if i'm wrong but i fit right in the category for boost creep. so vf43 still gets boost creep, or should i just port mine soon? sorry if this is repedative but i havn't seen much talk about 07's, and i don't want to meet boost creep ![]()

![]() The bigger wastegate does help, but boost creep is still something that pops up on a per car basis. It's never a certainty. Although I haven't read anything about boost creep on stock turbo '07s yet, even if you take two cars from previous years with the same setup, one may creep and one may not.

![]() thanks rp31, i guess i'll be porting my wastegate soon.
do most suby places do this sort of thing? suby specialists are the closest to me, so i'll probably be going down there. |

![]() You may not need to port the wastegate... No real sense in getting it done if it's not necessary, although it would be easier to get it done while the exhaust is already off, instead of having to remove it again once you discover that it does creep.

![]() If you decide to port your wastegate.......deadbolt did a great job for me.
(They ported the wastegate even further and added a bigger flapper.) |
