Subaru NAV complaints?

I'm a Tribeca owner peeved about Version 1.1 being outdated. We are using 2003/2004 maps and Subaru is making all owners pay for the updated Version 2.0 Disk which includes the 2005/2006 data.

For those Outback owners who have an OEM nav unit, I have received a specific website we can all use to complain about their unit, post where it is inaccurate, and in general bombard them w/ your comments about their retarded Nav unit.

I have a list of areas that I will be emailing them that are NOT listed on the 1.1 maps. I urge everyone to do the same. Their site says a new map will be available early 2008 as well, so here's your chance to ensure that its fully updated.

don't mean to revive an old thread; however, i just bought an 08 tribeca with NAV v2. Granted no maps seem to have my new residential development, but i thought i might check if any newer versions were available, my dealer didn't really have clarifying information. I went to the site linked above and although the overview shows v2, the actual details show v3. A call to the subaru csr told me that v2 was the latest and v3 didn't exist.

The CSR was wrong, even though http://store.kenwoodusa.com/subaru/ shows Ver 2, you are able to buy Ver 3. http://store.kenwoodusa.com/product.asp?sku=3298885

No change log though, so who knows if its a beneficial update.
