yes, this is an awesome kit...won't fit the EXACT points on an 02-03 though...unless you choose your own grounding points.

each of the wires are cut to pretty SPECIFIC lenghts, and the lengths of some of the wires are designed for the DBW throttle body of the 06-07's.
