Default Swapshop 2004 STi Rally Car Rollcage

Hi all !

We start this project for a customer that want to do a rollcage on it's new rallycar. We do Brake (ferodo, DBA, Goodridge, 4pot 2pot), 34mm Restrictors, Neetronics DCCD Controller and much more !

After hours and hours on working on Cage, Jack Stand, SeamWelding, The car is finaly ready

Some pictures of the project almost done !

im kinda curious:

what diameter piping is that?

has this cage been tested / certified?

and from what I can see, there isnt any provision for mounting the shoulder portions of a harness. how will you be handling that?

These guys rock, Im one of their many satisfied customers. I bought my V7 engine and tranny from them for my GC. I installed the transmission, then gave it to them for the motor and they had it ready in 3 days. Their work is solid!

the cage is custom built by andre and its also fia approved.
custom cages fabricate very nice roll cages but it will never as close to the shell as the one we custom build for each car we fabricate, there are no cars that are identical.

material? looks to be mig'ed..must be 1.75 x .095 DOM?/?? doesnt fia require gussets on the doorbars?
