Default 800+whp and 9's here we come! The BFB

Well I figured it is about time I make a thread about my build I started a month or so ago. My block and heads are currently down at the machine shop awaiting sleeves along with p+p/valve work.
Parts list is as follows:
BLOCK/BOTTOM END
-ej257 block
-AEBS sleeves- o ringed
-custom ross 10:1 pistons
-Carillo H-beam 3/8" carr rods
-ACL race bearings
-Manley crank (v2 79mm stroke)
-ARP case bolts
HEADS/TOP END
-ej257 heads
-ported polished
-+1mm supertech intake valves
-+1mm supertech exhaust valves (inconel coating)
-Supertech dual valve springs
-GSC S3 cams
-P+L motorsports modified oil pump
-Killer Bee oil pick up
-Killer Bee oil pan
-Cosworth oil baffle
-JC Fab custom turbo kit.
-Exedy tripple plate clutch
-AEM ems
-FIC 2150 injectors
-DSS level 5 rear axle kit
-DSS front axle bar upgrade
-Turbo smart e-boost2 boost controller
-JC Fab double pumper
-Torque Solutions motor and tranny mounts
-Beatrush rear diff mount

You will at least a 6765 or a very light car with a 6262, how high are you planing to rev? Long ratio 6 speed or 5 speed?

Turbos he is looking at are HTA86, HTA3794, PTE 6765. Revs 8.5-9k and probably end up doing a 5 speed dogbox or long ratio 6 speed.

And yes we will be doing some significant weight reduction. lol

Im looking into getting cf decklid, doors, roof and fenders, will be removing almost everything from the interior on my first few runs. Also looking into swaping out some stuff under the car for lighter products. I'll post up pictures as work get done on the block and heads.

Very nice list.
It's weird we have almost idential builds but im in a 2000 rs instead.
This is all on a 05 sti huh?

Only difference is that my 6765 is mounted in my grill.

Correct this is all in my 05' STi. I was looking into a possible front mount turbo set up but am still undecided on turbo set up.

.040 copper wire cut into sleeve flange, and L19s.
